The Repower Project is our new community and coaching program designed specifically for peri and postmenopausal women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident through every stage of midlife.

Inside, you’ll get:

* Education and resources you can actually use.
* Monthly workshops on topics like sleep, hormones, stress, physiological changes and nutrition.
* Habit challenges, Q&A and real guidance from a Registered Nurse specializing in Menopause and coach who is living this too.         
* 1:1s meeting with Coach Carol Ann (in person or virtual) to discuss your personal symptoms, questions, struggles.
* Linkage to health resources and providers for extended care as needed.
* A supportive community of women who are experiencing this along with you.
* In person meet ups with members of the community to move, learn and grow together.

This isn’t another diet. It’s not a ‘fix yourself’ program.

It’s a place to learn, grow, and train smarter — in a body that deserves respect, care, and strength.
