Do I need experience to start?
No. We have progressions for every level and programs built for beginners, returners, and experienced trainees alike.
What if I have joint pain or past injuries?
Tell us in your consultation. Coaches adjust exercises and loads so you can train smart while you build resilience.
How is this different from a regular gym?
We’re coach-led: structured class programs and small groups — not an open floor where you’re on your own.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. Every program uses progressions so you can start where you are and build from there.
How often should I attend?
Most members thrive on two to four sessions per week depending on goals and recovery. We help you choose a sustainable rhythm in your consult.
