The primary goal with our nutrition program is to support a healthy lifestyle. Whether you're looking to change your body composition, fuel your training, or build sustainable habits, nutrition is the foundation.
If weight loss is your goal, you have to address the nutrition component. It's very rare that anyone would start at the gym without making nutritional changes and see any type of meaningful weight loss.
The reverse is true too — if you're in a weight loss phase, we strongly encourage you to make sure you're strength training. The risk of muscle loss is too great without it. Training and nutrition work together.
