In some cases, we may recommend starting with one-on-one sessions before transitioning to a group program — especially if there are specific deficits or a past injury history that need attention first. We figure all of this out together during your No-Sweat Onboarding.
Fully customized 1:1 sessions with a certified Move Strong coach. Your coach builds every session around your goals, your body, and your pace — with full attention on your movement and progress.
Small group sessions (2–4 people) with personalized attention at a lower price point. You still get individualized programming and hands-on coaching, but you train alongside a small group — making it a more social and cost-effective option.
