Three steps to getting started

  1. Book a Free Consult

    A 20-minute, no-pressure chat. No credit card, no commitment — just mediocre coffee and an honest conversation about your goals.

  2. No-Sweat Onboarding

    A movement assessment, three 1:1 coaching sessions, personalized guidance, and hands-on practice in the program that fits you best.

  3. Join Your Program

    Step into your first class already knowing the space, the coaches, and what to expect. No guesswork, no overwhelm — just training.

Functional Assessment

Your first session is a Functional Movement Screen. We're not testing you. We're not judging you. We're learning about you.

  • How your joints move and rotate
  • Key movement patterns
  • Your goals, injury history, and past training experience

Because everyone is different — and pretending otherwise is why most people struggle at gyms.

Sessions 2, 3 & 4

Guided, 1:1 Coaching

We pair you with a coach and guide you through the program we believe you'll be best suited for — not the hardest, not the trendiest, but the right one for you.

  • Building confidence in the gym
  • Learning how we train
  • Understanding expectations and making adjustments
  • Feeling comfortable and supported before your first class

Ready in under 3 weeks

By the time you enter your first class, you will be ready.
