Signature is the next level up from Foundations, designed for those ready to train four days a week. There are regressions and progressions for every movement, so it's accessible for most people — but your assessment will determine whether Signature or Foundations is the right starting point.
If losing a meaningful amount of body weight is your primary goal, a program like Define paired with nutrition coaching may be a better starting point. We'll help you figure out the right fit during your No-Sweat Onboarding.
Like Foundations, Signature is a longevity-based program rooted in the science of strength training. The additional training day allows for greater volume and progression while maintaining the same focus on moving well through full ranges of motion for life.

Sessions follow the same structure as Foundations — warm-up, mobility work, strength work, and accessory work — with more advanced progressions and higher training volume. The focus remains on strength and full-range movement.
Every Signature member gets access to Rebuild — the base of the fitness pyramid. It's focused on taking every joint through full range of motion with strength, confidence, and healthy connective tissue. This is our secret sauce for keeping you moving well and pain-free for life.
