But the base of the pyramid is the same for every single person: your body's ability to take all of your joints through full range of motion with strength, confidence, and healthy connective tissue. That's what Rebuild builds.
There's no one this program isn't for. Rebuild is the foundation that supports everything else you do in the gym and in life.
Rebuild is our secret sauce for keeping people moving well and pain-free for life. It's included in Foundations and Signature because we believe this work is that important. For Age Strong members, it's available as an add-on. We encourage every member to participate.
