Who it's for

Age Strong is for the 60-plus demographic who either don't have any background in training, have some type of movement deficiencies or prior injuries, or just don't feel ready for the regular classes. This is your entry point to building strength, confidence, and independence.

Being in this age group doesn't automatically mean Age Strong is your program. We have individuals well into their 60s and 70s in Foundations. It's decided on a case-by-case basis during your No-Sweat Onboarding — we'll figure out the right fit together.
