What you'll work toward

Movement quality

Strength and movement patterns taught properly during the developmental years, so they aren't playing catch-up later.

Confidence

A positive first experience in the gym — confidence that carries into adulthood.

Injury prevention

Healthy training habits built young so strength work stays a lifelong asset, not a risk.

Who it's for

The Youth Mentorship program is for kids and teens in their developmental years. We teach the joy of movement and strength training through a combination of structured training and play, so they have a really good first experience in the gym.

Why it works

During developmental years, strength training can set a young person up for a healthy life. Missing this window means playing catch-up for the rest of their life. We want to start the habits young and build a positive relationship with the gym and strength training that carries into adulthood.

What a session looks like

Sessions combine strength training fundamentals with play-based movement. The goal is a positive, engaging experience that builds competence and confidence — not boot camp intensity.

Common questions

Program FAQs

Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. Every program uses progressions so you can start where you are and build from there.
How often should I attend?
Most members thrive on two to four sessions per week depending on goals and recovery. We help you choose a sustainable rhythm in your consult.
Can I try a class before committing?
Your no-sweat consultation is the best first step — we’ll match you to the right track and explain how to get started.

Ready to Train Smarter?

It starts with a no-pressure, free consultation — we talk goals and get to know you. Come see the space and meet the coaches. If it’s a fit, great. If not, that’s OK too.
