The Youth Mentorship program is for kids and teens in their developmental years. We teach the joy of movement and strength training through a combination of structured training and play, so they have a really good first experience in the gym.
This program is designed for ages 10–17. Adults looking for training should explore our other programs.
During developmental years, strength training can set a young person up for a healthy life. Missing this window means playing catch-up for the rest of their life. We want to start the habits young and build a positive relationship with the gym and strength training that carries into adulthood.
