What you'll work toward

Technique you can trust

Squat, hinge, press and pull taught in sequence over four weeks — real technique, in the right order, instead of guessing at it on your own.

Joint health & bone density

Strength work through full ranges of motion plus a weekly Rebuild session — the training that protects your joints and builds bone for the decades ahead.

Confidence under the bar

A group capped at 16 with a coach on the floor the whole time, so you finish the four weeks knowing what you're doing and why.

Who it's for

Intro to Strength Training is built for the person who has always wanted to strength train but never had someone show them how. You've read enough to know that strength training matters for bone density, joint health and long-term function — but you've never had a real coach walk you through it. Or you've tried on your own and you're not sure you're doing it correctly, and the results haven't shown up. You do not need experience. You do not need to already be in shape. You just need to show up.

  • No strength training background
  • Busy professionals 40+
  • Intimidated by traditional gyms
  • Training on your own without results

If you already have a solid strength training background and want more volume and challenge, Signature or Define is a better starting point. And if you're ready to commit to ongoing training right away, Foundations or Basics will get you there without the 4-week intake.

Over 4 weeks you will get

A full Functional Movement Screen and detailed intake

Before you touch a single weight, we find out exactly how your body moves — so your coaching is built around your body, not a template.

3 coached group sessions a week

Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm, plus your choice of one Rebuild session — offered Saturday mornings or Monday evening.

The core principles, taught properly

Strength training, mobility and joint health taught in sequence over four weeks — instead of thrown at you all at once.

A small group capped at 16 people

You get real coaching, not just a spot in a crowd. Everyone in the room is starting from the same place you are.

Why it works

This is not a bootcamp. Nobody is getting yelled at. Nobody is getting injured trying to keep up. This is also not a one-size-fits-all class where beginners get ignored while the coach works with the more advanced members — everyone in the room is a beginner, and the programming is sequenced for exactly that. It's the way strength training should have been taught to you the first time.

A hard cap, not a target — so every participant gets real coaching attention.

What a session looks like

Every session builds on the last one. Week one starts with the fundamental patterns — how to squat, hinge, press and pull — and each session after that adds the next layer, so nothing arrives before you're ready for it. Your Rebuild session takes every joint through full range of motion with strength and control, which is the work that makes the lifting feel good instead of grinding. By week four you're not copying a coach anymore; you know what you're doing and why.

Common questions

Program FAQs

Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. Every program uses progressions so you can start where you are and build from there.
How often should I attend?
Most members thrive on two to four sessions per week depending on goals and recovery. We help you choose a sustainable rhythm in your consult.
Can I try a class before committing?
Your no-sweat consultation is the best first step — we’ll match you to the right track and explain how to get started.

Ready to Train Smarter?

It starts with a no-pressure, free consultation — we talk goals and get to know you. Come see the space and meet the coaches. If it’s a fit, great. If not, that’s OK too.
